Mediation Training
During his 20 years of mediation training, Mr. Rubin has trained and educated over 6,000 professionals, including former Florida Supreme Court Justices and an ABA president. His experience includes both Circuit Civil Mediation and Divorce & Family Mediation certified training courses, as well as customized training courses built for specific audiences and purposes. Mr. Rubin offers Florida Supreme Court Certified mediation training courses through Mediation Services, Inc., which he owns and operates. Many courses are offered in continuing affiliation with the University of Miami School of Law’s Center for Continuing Legal Education or the University of South Florida’s Conflict Resolution Collaborative. Standard courses are 40 hours in length and provide 48 Continuing Education (CE) credits in a wide variety of fields, including five credits in ethics. Additionally, successful completion of the course satisifes a major part of the requirements for certification as a Circuit Civil or Family Mediator by the Supreme Court of Florida.
